This is by way of a pleasant surprise to welcome you back from your
vacation with information that Joan Kruse and her staff did a superb job
the last time around on reproducing those troublesome documents that I
talked to you about just before you left.

Not only was the job well done, but it was also done with commendable
dispatch.  The final copy was in our hands on Tuesday, the very next
work day, quite to my surprise.
